Hello! Can I ask where it asks for that? Are you paying over Paypal or something like that?
paypal, right after you hit pay with paypal it pops up asking to fill out RL info with the reason of "Due to 2015 VAT MOSS regulations for EU this seller requires evidence of buyer location for purchases. Please provide your billing address to continue."

Ahh! I see. I haven't seen that before either, but I can imagine that it is because my country is super nosey about how goods are sold (Physical and digital). I will look into opening up a Jinxxy/Gumroad store ASAP since I also do not feel comfortable with RL info being asked from buyers, which is just unacceptable. :( But thank you for bringing that to my attention.
